When one of your juHub services is near expiry, an email will be sent out a month in advance to notify you, and you will also be sent reminders until the expiry date. A final email will be sent once the service has expired. These emails will contain the list of products near expiry, and a link to create your renewal invoice.
You can also carry out this operation directly via our website, by entering the names of the products you wish to renew.
You will also find a list of services near expiry in your JuHub account Control Panel under Administration > My services > Auto-renewal, with a button to activate the renewal.
